Why we started

moryvexis began in 2021 after watching a familiar pattern inside home improvement retail: strong products, good intentions, and still too many consultations that drifted into spec recitals or awkward persuasion. Doors and windows are detail-heavy—glazing packages, U-values, hardware sets, finishes, lead times—and customers can lose the thread fast. On the other side of the counter, advisors were left rewriting quotes because key constraints were missed early.

Home Improvement Academy was created to make that middle part of the buying journey more methodical. We teach a simple consultation architecture: discovery that captures constraints, a three-option presentation that stays accurate, and a follow-up that documents decisions clearly. The emphasis is unglamorous but effective: wording, structure, and repeatable habits that reduce rework and help customers decide with confidence.

Mission

Teach practical sales and consulting skills for doors, windows, and renovation products so teams can run clear, customer-safe consultations—accurate in technical detail and calm in tone.

What we focus on

  • Needs assessment: constraints, decision roles, and scope confirmation.
  • Presentation: feature-to-benefit mapping without overselling or guesswork.
  • Showroom communication: how to guide attention and avoid option overload.
  • Retail follow-up: recap messages and quote review agendas that move decisions forward.

The training is educational. It is not a substitute for professional services related to construction, engineering, architecture, legal matters, or installation.

Team

Instructors and curriculum designers with a practical focus: conversations on the showroom floor, quote accuracy, and the psychology of choice. Names use initials for privacy.

Petra N.

Curriculum Lead (Sales Enablement, CPD)

Petra has spent 10+ years building playbooks and onboarding tracks for consultative retail teams. Her specialty is turning messy “tribal knowledge” into short scripts, checklists, and meeting structures that work under real footfall pressure. In the academy, she designed the discovery flow and the three-option presentation method. She is known for tightening language so advisors stay accurate on glazing, hardware, and lead time dependencies.

Martin K.

Showroom Communication Coach (Retail Operations)

Martin has 12 years of experience in showroom operations across renovation categories, with a focus on the moments that quietly decide outcomes: walking a customer through displays, explaining trade-offs, and spotting when choice overload is starting. His modules cover plain-language explanations and how to keep a consultation paced. He is also the one who insists every summary email reads like a human wrote it, not a template.

Elena S.

Sales Psychology Instructor (Behavioral Coaching)

Elena has coached retail teams for 9+ years on decision psychology, objection handling, and consent-based selling. Her work in the academy focuses on framing and choice architecture—how to present “better” without pressure, and how to handle price questions without defensive language. She is known for practical drills: short role-plays that build calm reflexes when a customer hesitates or challenges a claim.

Where we work

moryvexis is based in Klatovy, Czech Republic. Training is delivered as practical modules focused on door, window, and renovation product consultations. If you are registering, the quickest path is the email-based form; it collects only your name, email address, and learning goals so you can decide next steps without a phone call.

What we do not provide

The academy teaches communication and consulting skills for home improvement retail. It does not provide construction, engineering, architectural, legal, or professional installation services. Any examples involving measurements, site conditions, building regulations, or installation constraints are discussed as general education and should be verified by qualified professionals for specific projects.
